What nannies do

· Get children ready for the day (dress, brush teeth and hair).
· Serve meals and healthy snacks.
· Transport children to school or bus stop.
· Clean dishes, counters, floors, highchairs, and booster seats.
· Engage children with play, art, and activities.
· Supervise outings, teach, and model good behavior.
· Do children's laundry.
· Tidy bedrooms and play areas; sanitize toys and organize books/toys.
· Drive to activities, set up playdates, assist with baking, light housekeeping.
· Help with homework and get parental signatures.
· Bathe kids, read stories, and put them to bed.
· Provide emergency or backup care.
· Travel with family and care for children on trips.
· Feed pets and let them in/out during the day.
