Where do your nannies come from?

All our nannies are from the United States and must meet our criteria; we focus on placing religious, caring nannies.

Do I pay the nanny directly?

You employ and pay your nanny directly, typically weekly or biweekly. Discuss payment details with your nanny. If you need payroll services, we recommend GTM Payroll.

What Are We Required to Provide for the Nanny?

· Nannies must be accommodated in a private, furnished bedroom equipped with a door and lock.

· The nanny may share a bathroom with children or utilize a guest bathroom; however, it is preferred that the nanny has a bathroom separate from the family.

· Room and board are provided in addition to hourly or weekly compensation.

· Salaries vary depending on several factors such as age, location, years of live-in nanny experience, educational qualifications, childcare expertise, and other relevant experience.

· Compensation must adhere to state regulations governing live-in nannies.

· A one-way ticket to the family residence is supplied at the start of employment, with a return ticket provided at the conclusion of the arrangement.

· When accompanying the family on vacation, the nanny should be afforded her own space, similar to home arrangements. She may share a room with children, but not with adults.

· While acts of appreciation such as gift cards, dinners, or spa visits are welcomed by nannies, they are not mandatory.

How Many Hours Can My Nanny Work?

· Most nannies work an average of 40–45 hours per week. Additional hours may be arranged with proper compensation and mutual agreement. Hours and salary expectations should be discussed during candidate interviews.
